INDIA -A country that has the worst malnutrition statistics, IIMSAM plans to lay its prime attention on India. IIMSAM would initiate affirmative action programmes based on Spirulina to counter malnutrition in India along with IIMSAM’s official working partners viz: The Mahatma Gandhi Foundation and later with the Indian Network of People Living With HIV/AIDS, the latter being the world’s largest network of people suffering from HIV/AIDS. IIMSAM would also be working with the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India to establish Spirulina Initiatives in India. IIMSAM’s Resident Representative to the Republic of India, Mr. Manish Uprety would be instrumental to launch the same supported by Goodwill Ambassador Mr. Tushar Gandhi.
IRAQ - IIMSAM`s Goodwill Ambassadors H.E. Dr. Tarik Khalaf Al Abdullah and H.E. Ms. Maria W Cedrell both will play a crucial role to actuate IIMSAM’s GreenLife Project Fellujah, Iraq that would eradicate malnutrition, achieve food security, and bridge the health divide through Spirulina. His endeavors would be the agency to counter various deprivations associated with malnutrition and in the achievement of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals especially in the Developing and the Least Developed Countries.
ARGENTINA -IIMSAM`s Facilitator and Adviser Mr.Yoisef Baumgarten along with IIMSAM Goodwill Ambassadors Mr. Mauricio Macri (President of Boca F.C/CABJ) and Mayor of Buenos Aires.)and Mr. Diego Maradona (Football Legend.) would initiatite a Spirulina Supplemental Food Programme Pilot-Project to counter malnutrition in a designated poverty stricken region of Argentina in cooperation with the local authorities.
HAITI - IIMSAM`s affirmative action programmes based on Spirulina to counter malnutrition will be initiated as a Joint-Programme in the designated poverty stricken area of Haiti in cooperation with the respective national government and (UNICEF).
MEXICO -IIMSAM`s Facilitator and Adviser Ms. Geraldine De La Serna will be initiating a Spirulina based affirmative action programme to counter malnutrition in Aguascalientes, State of Jalisco, Mexico along with the local authorities.
NIGERIA - IIMSAM`s Facilitator and Adviser Ms. Celine Ebere Osukwu would be instrumental to initiate a Spirulina based affirmative action programme along with the Government of Nigeria that has identified the region of OSU-State, Western Part of Nigeria as an area of concern where severe malnutrition is present in the local population. The programme will be carried out by COWAN a grassroots NGO in cooperation with local authorities.
GHANA -
IIMSAM`s Spirulina based Affirmative Action Programme will be initiated to counter malnutrition in Ghana in cooperation with the national government and local grassroots NGOs in an area identified by the local entities.
RWANDA - IIMSAM`s Spirulina based Affirmative Action Programme will be initiated to counter malnutrition in Rwanda in cooperation with the national government and local grassroots NGOs such as ACHR etc..
KENYA &
SOUTH AFRICA - IIMSAM`s Goodwill Ambassadors Mr. Peter Rono and Mr. Alan Goldsmith along with the IIMSAM`s Official Partner The Jewish Renaissance Foundation have submitted a proposal to the USAID to initiate a programme to counter malnutrition using alternative methods such as Spirulina Platensis in Kenya and South Africa in cooperation with the respective national governments.
 SUDAN - IIMSAM`s plans to launch its Spirulina based initiatives and affirmative action programmes in Sudan to counter malnutrition. The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Sudan to the United Nations would be acting as a facilitator to initiate programmes in areas identified by the local government.
ECUADOR - IIMSAM will be initiating a Spirulina based Affirmative Action Programme to counter malnutrition in Ecuador along with the cooperation of the national and local authorities. The Permanent Mission of Ecuador to the United Nations will act as a facilitator or the same.
PERU - IIMSAM will be initiating a Spirulina based Affirmative Action Programme to counter malnutrition in Peru along with the cooperation of the national and local authorities. The Permanent Mission of Peru to the United Nations will act as a facilitator for the same.
ETHIOPIA -
IIMSAM will be initiating a Spirulina based Affirmative Action Programme to counter malnutrition in Peru along with the cooperation of the national and local authorities. The Permanent Mission of Ethiopia to the United Nations will act as a facilitator for the same.
