Mr. Lewis J. Spitz

Lewis Spitz is an attorney in Clifton, New Jersey, and was admitted to the Bar in 1967. He maintains a general practice concentrating on the areas of commercial, municipal court, criminal, family, real estate, and land use law as well as associated litigation.

In 1982 he was appointed a Special Deputy Attorney General to appear before the Office of Administrative Law representing the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission in fatal accident cases, a position which he still holds. Over the years he has participated in hundreds of these cases. That same year he was also appointed to the New Jersey Governor�s Counsel on Physical Fitness participating in the formulation of various fitness programs implemented in both public and private venues.

He served as General Counsel for the City of Garfield, where he represented the city in diverse municipal matters. He was appointed by Superior Court of New Jersey as a Condemnation Commissioner in various eminent domain cases. For approximately 20 years, he represented thousands of clients through union prepaid legal plans in municipal and state courts in New Jersey.

Currently Mr. Spitz is Chairman of the Board of GEMS Foundation, a nonprofit corporation whose goal is the Global Eradication of Malnutrition and Starvation.

Mr. Spitz, brings to GEMS a background in not - for - profit and charitable work. As a founding Director of the Wayne Boys Club he was instrumental in the financing and construction of an award-winning, athletic, educational and social facility. In consultation and cooperation with the Township of Wayne Recreation Department, Mr. Spitz formed the Greater Wayne Area Runners� Club which has sponsored marathons and triathlons involving thousands of participants.

Mr. Spitz resides in Wayne, New Jersey with his wife of 44 years Beverly. They have three children and five grandchildren.

Ms. Rosemary Alito

Ms. Alito represents management with regard to employment law and employee benefit law issues. She defends employers in litigation including employment discrimination, wage and hour, whistle blowing, harassment and employee benefit plan terminations. She provides counsel on workplace issues, policies and compliance.

Ms. Alito is an experienced litigator in trials and appeals in both state and federal courts. In 1999, the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey honored Ms. Alito with its Trial Bar Award for outstanding performance as a trial lawyer. She has served as lead counsel in the successful defense of class actions under ERISA and the LMRA involving multiple employer welfare and pension trust funds, and trials of class actions challenging termination of retiree medical benefits. Her litigation experience in discrimination and wage and hour matters ranges from single-plaintiff cases to class actions and EEOC actions challenging company-wide and nation-wide policies.

Ms. Alito has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.

A frequent writer and lecturer on issues of employment law, Ms. Alito has taught employment law at the New Jersey Judicial College and spoken at the United States District Court Conference, the Third Circuit Conference, the Attorney General�s Advocacy Institute and numerous continuing legal education seminars.

Victor M. Richel

Victor M. Richel, Chairman, President and CEO of Richel Family Foundation, was Vice Chairman of the Board of Independence Community Bank Corp., prior to its sale to Sovereign Bank in June of 2006. Earlier, Mr. Richel had been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Statewide Savings Bank. Mr. Richel became Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Statewide Financial Corp. upon its formation as the holding company for the Bank. He served on the Board of Directors of the Bank since l985 and its predecessor institutions since l974. Mr. Richel is also Chairman, President & CEO of Dominion Partners, a financial investment and real estate partnership. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of Westminster Properties, a development company. Mr. Richel currently serves on the Banking Advisory Board of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. He was appointed to the board in l996 after being nominated by Gov. Christine Todd Whitman. He has also served on the board of Thrift Institutions Community Investment Corporation of New Jersey (TICIC), and the board of the New Jersey Savings League. In the civic area, Mr. Richel serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Union County College and is also a member of the Board of Governors at the College. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Trinitas Hospital (formerly Elizabeth General Medical Center), Elizabethtown Healthcare Foundation, Independence Community Foundation, as well as the Two Hundred Club of Union County and of the Union County Crime Stoppers. Mr. Richel has received the Union County Association for Retarded Citizens Humanitarian Award, the Alexian Brothers New Jersey Man of the Year Award, the Union County Human Relations Commission Special Achievement Award, the Christopher Columbus Humanitarian of 2003 Award and was honored for �Making a Difference� by the Garden State Cancer Center in 2003. He received the 2005 Humanitarian Award by the Union County Educational Services Foundation, and was honored by Union County College in 2005 for outstanding service, and as a tribute to his outstanding service, the College re-dedicated its Student Commons Building in his name. Mr. Richel was named an Alumnus of Distinction by the Elizabeth Education Foundation in 1997, and he is also a recipient of the 1999 Ellis Island Medal of Honor.

Mr. Horn represents financial institutions in both regulatory, corporate governance and litigation matters and is co-chair of the firm�s Subprime Mortgage Team. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, and also serves as Chair of its Audit Committee.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a member of the New Jersey State Assembly and was a member of the Assembly Banking Committee from 1972 to 1974. Mr. Horn served as the Commissioner of Banking for the State of New Jersey from 1982 to 1984. As Commissioner, he supervised approximately 340 financial institutions, including state chartered banks, savings banks, savings and loan associations and credit unions. In 1984, he was appointed as New Jersey State Treasurer and oversaw the collection of state taxes, budgeting and the spending of all state funds.

While in state government, Mr. Horn served for four years on the Executive Commission on Ethical Standards as both its Vice Chairman and Chairman. He also was appointed as a State Advisory Member of Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council and was a member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, a federal self-regulatory agency that regulates the sale of municipal securities.

In August 1985, Mr. Horn was awarded the National Governors Association�s �Outstanding Service to State Government Award� � one of only five in the nation so honored � for his service as New Jersey Commissioner of Banking and as New Jersey State Treasurer.

Mr. Horn has represented a number of financial institutions in litigation matters involving securities, corporate governance, regulatory issues and internal investigations. He is a frequent speaker at bank regulatory conferences and seminars, including the 2003 and 2004 Bank Directors� College on Corporate Governance, sponsored by the FDIC and New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. He is currently counsel to the New Jersey League of Community Bankers and is a member of the New Jersey Bankers Association Bank Lawyer Council.

Ms. Beth Yingling

Beth Yingling is partner with the law firm of McCarter & English, LLP in Newark, New Jersey. She is a member of the Firm's Tax and Employee Benefits Practice Group. A New Jersey native, Ms. Yingling graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from William Smith College in 1976, earned her J. D. degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1982 and Master of Laws degree in Taxation from New York University in 1987.

Ms. Yingling is expert in federal tax exemption matters, as well as state tax exemption and nonprofit corporation issues under the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware laws. Mr. Anthony Angiulli

Mr. Anthony Angiulli, Ambassador At Large and Liaison to the U.S. Government (Washington), would be instrumental in facilitating the organization's initiatives that are aimed to counter severe malnutrition and to achieve the United Nations Millennium Development Goals through cooperation with the Italian Republic a Member State of IIMSAM's Intergovernmental Treaty aimed at using Micro Algae Spirulina in order to realize its mandate to make Spirulina a key driver to eradicate malnutrition, achieve food security and to bridge the health divide globally. His role would play an instrumental role in various initiatives of the IIMSAM to realise a world free of hunger and malnutrition by using his sphere of influence to highlight the immense plight of the peoples of the world caused by malnutrition; and would raise various resources through the private sector, prominent and wealthy individuals and other stakeholders necessary to make Spirulina a key-driver to achieve global food security and bridge the health divide. H.E. Ambassador Mr. Remigio Martin Maradona

H.E. Ambassador Mr. Remigio Martin Maradona, Director-General-IIMSAM, has been in the United Nations System since the latter part of the 1980's. A graduate of the Hunter College, City University New York (CUNY), he has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History. He also has a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA). He joined the World Association of Former UN Interns and Fellows as the first disabled interne to accomplish his internship at the UN Headquarters in New York successfully. From 1987-2005, he held various pivotal positions and was the catalyst in the promotion of WAFUNIF's creative programmmes in support of the United Nations Alma Mater. Inspired by various international instruments and especially the International Charter of Physical Education and Sport, UNESCO, 1978, and various UN General Assembly Resolution on Sports and the Olympic Idea which stresses upon securing the fundamental right of every human being to sport that is essential for the full development of one's personality; and his ambition to secure the benefits of sport for the marginalized, H.E. Amb. Maradona founded the stars filled WAFUNIF "Futbol4Peace" campaign that was aimed at spreading awareness about various UN Programmes and the WAFUNIF in-house programmes. He initiated the WAFUNIF Multi-Center in Nicaragua that was a recreational and educational centre for children, adults, and the disabled. He was one of the youngest member ever to be elected to the Board of Directors. H.E. Amb. Maradona became the Director-General of the Intergovernmental Institution for the use of Micro-algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition, IIMSAM, in the year 2007.

H.E. Amb. Maradona has been a staunch supporter of the Rights of the Disabled and has actively participated at the various sessions of the United Nations Ad-Hoc Committee on Comprehensive and Integral International Convention on Protection and Promotion of the Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disabilities as a delegate adviser of the Permanent Mission of Chile to the United Nations. H.E. Amb. Maradona was appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador/Special Adviser to the United Nations by the Republic of Vanuatu on 15th September 2005 till January 2007 with a portfolio from the Foreign Ministry on Social and Humanitarian Affairs; and Disability Issues. H.E. Amb. Maradona reported directly to the Deputy-Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs of Vanuatu. H.E. Amb. Maradona is also a renowned and accomplished poet who writes in Spanish and is immensely popular amongst the readers especially for his romantic poetry. He has been conferred with various honors and awards on numerous occasions by established platforms such as the prestigious Ruben Dario Award and the House of Noble Poets in London ,U.K besides many others.

He was conferred with "2006 Global Human Rights Protection Award" by the Indian Institute of Human Rights at the 8th World Human Rights Congress held in New Delhi, India on the World Human Rights Day on the 10th of December 2006. H.E. Dr. Marco Fantinel

H.E. Dr. Marco Fantinel, IIMSAM's Goodwill Ambassador from the Italian Republic, is the President of the Fantinel Group. Fantinel is the largest private winery of Friuli, in the north-east of Italy. The group's activity also include catering with the Business School Chain of Restaurants "Pane Vino e San Daniele, a chain of national premises that are dedicated to promoting local flavours; the San Daniele ham production with the Testa & Molinaro company, the oldest factory for the production of the best Italian Prosciutto. The group is also the leading shareholder of the historic soccer team of the region, U.S. Triestina Calcio, in which Dr. Fantinel is member of the Board. Dr. Fantinel was educated in the United Kingdom, at the European School of London where he graduated in International Business Administration. He would be instrumental to spread awareness and build support for IIMSAM and its various initiatives in the Italian Republic and in the countries that have a presence of the Fantinel Group.

H.E. Sheikh Dr.Tarik Khalaf Al Abdullah

H.E. Sheikh Dr.Tarik Khalaf Al Abdullah IIMSAM Goodwill Ambassador is an eminent citizen of the Republic of Iraq who has an MSc degree in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Business Development. Dr. Abdullah has a profound experience in a variety of business activities and is the chairman of the famous Al Dahir Group that has a transnational presence in many countries. A polyglot who is fluent in Arabic, English and Romanian, Dr. Abdullah is actively involved in various social and development causes, and is the Sheikh of the Al Halabsa tribe in Iraq.

Hannah Bible, Esq.

Hannah Bible Esq., has worked as an advisor to the Asian-African legal Consultative Organization at the United Nations speaking in the General Assembly, scripting legal language for various UN resolutions, and acting as a general advisor within the 6th committee on various legal matters and the 3rd committee regarding economic/ financial issues. Additionally, she has acted as a legal adviser to The World Conservation Union, Pax Romana, and other Intergovernmental organizations within the UN system. She has chaired and continues to sit on several NGO committees relating to microfinance, financing for development, and other initiatives. After attending Fordham School of law and graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law with honors, Ms. Bible acted as an assistant teacher of tax and contracts. Ms. Bible graduated with an LLM in Taxation from New York University and has a BBA in Accounting and prior to law school worked to structure internal compliance mechanisms and headed the reporting of financials for several multi-million dollar non-for-profit projects. As a faculty member of the Walter H. & Dorothy B.
