Sandra Rutz, a German citizen, holds a degree in International Business and Management from the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Germany. She was also a participant in an exchange program which gave her the opportunity to study at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. She also graduated Cum Laude from the prestigious Ivy League Institution Columbia University, Graduate School of Arts and Science. Ms. Ruts was granted a Master of Arts in Quantitative Methods and Social Sciences.

She has long been involved in philanthropic endeavors and is a committed member of the Melton Foundation which was established to build a worldwide community of talented people from diverse cultures capable of addressing global issues based on principles of open communication and mutual respect. Moreover, she has established her own non-for profit project with the mission of providing basic educational materials for African countries, while trying to build up sponsorship with schools in Germany.

Ms. Rutz is a trained Banker with extensive working experience with HypoVereinsbank in Germany.
