In this regards through the facilitation efforts of Mr. Aref Jazza Abed-Kareem Rteimeh, IIMSAM`s Secretary General Special Envoy for Emergency Relief Assistance and Transporting Relief Items Worldwide. Mr. Rteimeh was the catalyst in coordinating the IIMSAM Emergency Relief Effort Lifesaving Cargo Flight with the cooperation of the Royal Jordanian Air-Force, The Jordanian Hashemite Relief Agency and the Islamic Relief Agency based in Washington DC. Accompanying the IIMSAM Emergency Relief Delegation was the Secretary General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organisation Dr. Ahmad Mohammad Al-Imyan. The lifesaving cargo was distributed immediately which is intended to help relief the catastrophic situation affecting thousands of children languishing in the mucky state of poverty, glaring hunger that characterizes the status quo in Somalia. Hence, subsequent state of ill health and malnutrition affecting infants, children and adults. The East Africa’s worst drought in decades has created an inhumane situation of calamitous proportions. IIMSAM is currently setting up a Modus Operandi to begin in the immediate future for a distribution initiative jointly with its Strategic Partners who will be providing the logistical support to IIMSAM in order to immediately deliver the Life Saving Spirulina supply to the dire needy food situation in the Mogadishu Refugee Camps which have been a subject covered by the worldwide media in the last few weeks.
