Eng. Amgad Aref KHUNDAKJI, was nominated as a pro bono special-adviser of the Secretary General of IIMSAM and Official Liaison to the Ministry of Agriculture and other governmental entities. His Nomination was approved by the Minister of Agriculture on 30th of August 2010 official communique # 9/39/21-20453.

Eng. Amgad Aref KHUNDAKJI is the present Director of Agriculture Crisis Management unit at the Minister of Agriculture in Jordan.  Eng. KHUNDAKJI has a Bachelor’s Degree from UNESCO- IHE Institute of Delft City in the field of Environment Science & Technology as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Damascus University in Agriculture Science.

Eng. KHUNDAKJI has an extensive expertise and knowledge on agriculture related matters, being the head of the Division Governor Affairs (2003-2009) and the head of Directorate Performance/ Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (1998-2002) at the Ministry of Agriculture in Jordan. He also served as an Engineer in the private sector and academia for many years.

Eng. KHUNDAKJI has participated and organized conferences, seminars and workshops at National and International levels. He is also the Vice President for the Dutch Alumni Club / Jordan and an active member of the Agriculture Syndicate in his country.
